个人简介:
1942年生,女。
1964.7 毕业于复旦大学化学系
1964.9--现在 中科院有机化学研究所
1985.3--1987.5  在美国Washington University School of Medicine 作为访问学者
1989年底-- 任研究员。担任博士生导师 


研究方向:
长期从事生物大分子的三维结构研究。用X—射线衍射法研究了甲醇脱氢酶、RNA N—糖苷酶和细胞色素b5三个系列蛋白质的三维结构、分子识别和作用机理。其中天花粉蛋白与底物类似物NADPH的复合物的三维结构是国际上测定的核糖体失活蛋白与底物类似物的复合物中第一个未发生酶反应的高分辨率三维结构,阐明了天花粉蛋白作为RNA N—糖苷酶的活性部位及蛋白质与底物间的相互识别和酶催化机理,结果已发表于国外一流刊物 Nature Structural Biology。有关甲醇脱氢酶的三维结构研究结果也已在国外著名刊物发表数篇论文。


主要工作成就:
曾获得1987年国家自然科学二等奖和中国科学院科技进步一等奖,2000年上海市科技进步二等奖,2001年上海市科技进步二等奖, 第二届上海市巾帼创新提名奖(2002)等。在国内外著名刊物共发表论文50余篇。已培养博士生5名、硕士生10名。
