1989-1993 南京大学少年班,分析化学专业,学士;
1993-1995 南京化工厂,分析技术员;
1995-2000 中科院上海有机所,生物有机专业,博士;
2000-2001 中科院上海有机所,助理研究员;
2001-2006 美国密歇根大学,结构生物学,博士后;
2006-present 中科院上海有机所,蛋白质晶体学与化学生物学,研究员。

 

研究方向:
周佳海实验室着重选择与重要疾病相关的蛋白质及具有新颖催化性质的酶进行结构生物学和化学生物学研究,利用各种生物化学、生物物理方法(特别是高分辨X-射线晶体学技术)作为研究手段,希望通过结构测定和功能研究阐明蛋白-配基相互作用及酶促反应机制,从而为新药设计和酶的改造奠定基础。

我们以生命有机化学国家重点实验室为依托,与中国协和医科大学、中科院上海生化细胞所、复旦大学、上海交通大学、华南理工大学等多家单位建立了广泛的合作关系,课题研究涉及与系统性红斑狼疮、乙型肝炎等重要疾病相关蛋白质的结构与功能关系和天然产物生物合成途径的酶学机制等方面。
